If your trash cart needs replacement lids or wheels, or if the cart body is cracked or damaged, please contact Best Trash directly to request a repair or replacement.

Residents may email support@besttrashtexas.com and include the following information:

• District name
• Service address
• Description of the damage

Residents may also chat online with a live representative at www.best-trash.com.

Please note that if a trash cart is damaged due to melting (for example, hot fireworks placed inside the cart), there will be an $85 replacement fee for the damaged cart.
